We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Our Services

Fresh Orbit provides artisan baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and confections, available for collection from our stores or delivery to UK and US addresses.

• All products are baked fresh daily and are subject to availability
• Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only
• We reserve the right to modify our product range without notice
• Seasonal and limited items may not always be available

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in GBP (UK) or USD (US) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
• We accept major credit/debit cards and selected digital payment methods
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment details provided are valid and authorised.

4. Delivery

Fresh Orbit offers delivery within selected areas in the UK and US. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
• Express delivery: Next business day (where available)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as per current promotions

For UK deliveries, we ship from our Manchester facility. US orders ship from our Fremont, CA location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of food items. However, we take quality seriously.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence may be required to process a claim
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• For custom or bulk orders, separate cancellation terms apply
